NGOs we have heard a lot about it.
They take on many supporting projects and work quickly in helping needy people
and families. NGOs are important organizations in every country since they use
interpersonal methods to communicate with people and serve society.
Here let's talk about the famous
NGO – Kanuda Mitra Mandal run by Rakesh Rajdev. Rakesh realized that there are many families who struggle to fulfill
their basic needs. With the NGO, Rakesh is striving hard to cope with social
deprivations. He is very passionate about helping the needy and down-to-earth
people.
Rakesh understood that society is
overwhelmed with middle-class and lower-middle-class families. He also thought
that it can be nature’s distribution that some people are wealthy while others
are not. But it's the responsibility of the people with more wealth to support
the ones with less money.
With this as his motivation, Rakesh Rajdev took
the step of opening a charity and social welfare organization to help the
people. In November 2011, he opened the NGO and took on several projects for
uplifting society. Especially during the global pandemic times,they helped
several families and persons who were badly affected at the moment.
They sent the food packages and
grocery packages to the people’s hometowns itself through several trains. Also,
they sent sanitizing kits to the people so that they can be hygienic and safe
during the pandemic times. Being a keen observer, Rakesh Rajdev has taken
several steps for the welfare of the affected aspects of society.
Donations for the labour community
– food packages, grocery packages, sanitizing materials and other necessary things
on trains. Donations for hospitals – beds, testing kits, sanitizing kits and
other medical equipment. Donations for students - notebooks, water bottles, school bags and
other necessary stationary things.
